Interested in Becoming a Qualified Yoga for Runners Instructor?
Requirements for Completion

To become fully qualified as a Yoga For RunnersTM instructor, students must complete the following:

Anatomy: Functional anatomy related to muscles and joints used while running will be covered in the training modules. Continued self study to deepen knowledge is also required. Recommended readings and texts will be given.

yoga for runnersTM Module 2: Hamstrings, Core, Upper Body
yoga for runnersTM Module 3: Hip Flexors, Hips, Knees
Personal Yoga Practice
Student Teaching Hours
Breakdown
Anatomy: Self Study.
yoga for runnersTM Module I: 15 hours
yoga for runnersTM Module II: 15 hours
yoga for runnersTM Module III: 15 hours
Personal Yoga Practice, Ashtanga based 20 hours
(minimum of fourteen 90 minute classes)

Fees

yoga for runnersTM Module II: $325  + hst
yoga for runnersTM Module III: $325  + hst
A $100 deposit is required with application to secure a place in each module. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable hours.

Required Viewing, yoga for runners TM DVD: $20
Teacher Training Manual – payable with Module 1 only $50
Anatomy Book: $60
Continuing Education Credits
Can-Fit-Pro recognizes each module for Continuing Education Credits (CECs):
